New user journey called CASS for the United States market. CASS is a user journey certified by United States Postal Service® in accordance with CASS Cycle O standards. The search type is meant to be used for address correction, address verification and standardization. It enables users to cleanse, verify, and standardize their addresses, both in real-time and batch mode. CASS user journey is designed to overcome a significant degree of variation, fix misspellings and erroneous information, fill in omitted components and normalize incorrect formatting. New feature to produce PS3553 form. This form may be generated as the output of bulk address match processing using CASS Certified™ user journey in conjunction with latest USPS® address data files. The form is meant for end users (mailers) who can send the PS3553 form to USPS along with the mailing list to receive a discount.
New capability to provide detailed explanation of the address matching changes that occured during the address matching process. As part of the response, Pro Web returns an address match code and address match flags that are a translation of the match code. Address match details are available only within the Verification user journey. The functionality covers the following datasets: APR, AUS, AUG, FRA, DEU, GBR, NLD, NZL, SGF, IRL. Maintenance fixed in Pro Verification for the USA dataset to ensure that the correct ZIP+4 code (either for the street address or the firm name) is returned depending on whether the firm name is supplied in the search input or not.
New Feature for the REST API interface of Pro Web to allow detailed diagnostics of the product performance. Request and search timing information can be returned in the response. Corresponding header parameter needs to be explicitly enabled as it is off by default.
